With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard James Lunsford III (Asheville, North Carolina), who passed away on August 26, 2020 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Shelby Jean Jones Lunsford and Richard James Lunsford II; his daughter Amista Lemke; his grandchildren, Aviana, Louisa and Joelle; his wife Susan Lunsford; his siblings, Patti Cassida and Kevin Lunsford; his stepchildren, Blake, Hannah and Lily; and his stepgrandchildren, Cade, Kai and Rose.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Go Fund Me.
