He is survived by: his wife Melinda Ann McKinney Penland; his daughters, Belinda Crowder (Mike Limon), Tabithia Martin and Jessica Jenkins (James); and his grandchildren, Aaron Fisher, Kaleb Fisher, Wesley Hyatt, Zack Hyatt, Layla Martin and Ryder Jenkins. He is also survived by ten siblings; and many nieces, nephews.
