It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Harwell Stanley (Asheville, North Carolina), born in Montgomery, Alabama, who passed away on September 8, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Jane McLaurin; and his children, Julia, Dan and Mary Jane. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
