She is survived by: her parents, Raymond Smith and Annie Mae Mozingo Smith; her daughters, Gail Case Hendricks of Fountain and Rachel Case Bailey (Jerry) of Fountain; her grandchildren, Jerry Owens Bailey, Jr. of Wilmington and Leigh Bailey Johnson of Ayden; and her great grandchild Victoria Leigh Johnson of Ayden. She is also survived by brother, Rev. Frank Smith of Ayden; and a number of nieces and nephews.
