He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Phillips Bissette; and his parents, Allard Bissette and Francis Bissette. He is survived by: his sons, Corey Bissette (Janet), Charles Bissette (Kelly) and Matthew Bissette (Leah); his grandchildren, Megan, Anna, Alex and Mackenzie Bissette; and his sister Beth Frazier (Bob). He is also survived by three sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
