He is survived by: his sons, Raymond Vaughan (Jennifer) of Wilson and Michael Vaughan (Carrie) of Bailey; and his grandchildren, Matthew of Wilson, Ryan of Wilson, Morgan Vaughan of Wilson, April Winstead of Bailey, Linda Pena of Bailey and Melissa Ochoa of Bailey. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
