Frank Joyner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Joyner of Bailey, North Carolina, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Oliver Joyner and Anna Perkins Joyner; and his wife Betty Joan Joyner. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Frank Joyner and Brian Keith Joyner; his siblings, George Oliver Joyner Jr., Melvin Costin, Alton Costin and Joyce Brantley; his sister-in-law Jean Costin of Bailey; his close friend Carolyn Rogers of Middlesex; and also, Dovie Finch and Nettie Bissette. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at Rock Springs FWB Church Cemetery, Bailey at a later date due to current COVID-19 restrictions.
