He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Duncan Dew and Marie High Dew; and his brothers, Johnie Dew and Vernon "Dick" Dew. He is survived by: his wife Brenda B. Dew; his son Rev. David Dew (Angela); and his grandsons, Aaron Dew and Alex Dew.

Donations can be made to White Oak Hill FWB Church or Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church.
