She was predeceased by : her parents, Dennis Dew and Nannie Brantley Dew; her siblings, Gloria Morris (Ted) and Ben Dew (Nancy); and her brothers-in-law, Bobby Lee Finch and Harlow Fowler.

She is survived by : her husband William "Bill" Jackson; her daughter Olivia Denise Parnell (Robert, Jr.) of Wilson; and her siblings, Patricia Finch of Bailey, Nancy Fowler of Apex and Bobby Dew (Shirley) of Bailey.
