He is survived by : his wife Evangeline; his children, Michelle Jones and Bill Allen Madkins; his stepchildren, Cynthia Vidal and Stacy Saenz; and his siblings, Frank Madkins (Sheilda), Bobbie Jean Simlin (Eddy), Joann Culberson and Darryl Flowers (Stephanie). He is also survived by Six grandchildren and various nieces and nephews.
