It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dale Christopher Kirkup of Banner Elk, North Carolina, who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Raymond Kirkup. He is survived by : his mother Janette Dell; his daughter Cassidy Pearl Kirkup of Banner Elk; his wife Carolyn Kirkup; his children, Candace Arnett of Banner Elk, Megan Grantham (Brandon) of Roan Mountain, Zachary Moore Kirkup of Bristol, VA., Chandler Lynn Arnett of Banner Elk and Coty Moore-Kirkup (Amanda) of Bristol, VA.; his siblings, Amanda Porter (Geoff) of Australia and Shane Kirkup of Australia; and also, Tate and Patsy Arnett of Banner Elk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Ronald McDonald House in Durham.
