He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Warren Bulluck, Sr. and Hattie Daniel Bulluck. He is survived by: his wife Patsy "Pat" Higson Bulluck; his children, Chris Bulluck of Rocky Mount, Jay Bulluck (Amy) of Battleboro and Kelly Bulluck Philips (Rick) of Battleboro; his grandchildren, Lauren Bulluck of Knightdale, Joshua Bulluck of Battleboro, Jordan Murphy (Joe) of Beaufort and Alex Philips of Battleboro; his siblings, Peggy Bulluck Pope of Battleboro, Johnny Bulluck (Margaret) of Battleboro and Phil Bulluck (Vickie) of Battleboro; and his adoptive son Rick Philips. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
