She is survived by: her children, Louis T. Smith, Arthur Lee Smith (Dina), Jennie S. Collins (Jerome), Vanessa Lee (James Sr.) and Clarissa Smith Spivey (Christopher); her sister Shirley Segar; her grandchildren, Orrin, Carmelo, Demera, Quentin, Arsha, Cedric, Demetris, Krystal, Ivana, Keyma, LeVonda, James Jr., Christopher Jr., Celeste and Cordell; and her siblings-in-law, Helen Robinson, Glenny Murray, Carolene Shepard and Robert Murray Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
