It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carey Wilson of Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his former life partner Dorothy Wilson; his wife Thelma Wilson; his son Carey Lee Wilson; and his grandson Frank Pane III. He is survived by : his children, Pamela W. Pane of Newport, David Wilson (Lil) of Beaufort, Beverly Vaughan (Jerry) of Havelock, Mike Wilson (Jackie) of Beaufort, Tom Grant Wilson of Beaufort, Annie W. Brown (Scott) of Cary and Jimmy Christopher Wilson of Otway; and his grandchildren, Josh, Danny, Jeremy, Stephanie, Tyler, Ariana, Jill, Sophia and Kenslie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
