He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Archie James and Sarah Lincoln Newton of Vandemere; his wife Joyce Dixon; his children, Terry Mason, Brenda Lewis (William Lewis Sr.), George Newton Jr. and Karen; and his granddaughter Amy Lewis Barnes. He was also cherished by five grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in George's name may be made to The Tunnels to Towers Foundation, The American Heart Association, or to the charity of your choice.
