She was predeceased by: her father Walter J. Perkinson Jr.; her husband William Vance Fulford Sr.; her son William "Bill" Vance Fulford Jr.; her grandson Tony Fulford; and her mother Iva Gillikin Fisher.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Fulford (Martha) and Kay Chadwick; and her daughter-in-law Jeannie Fulford. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
