With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ladd Wilson Broome of Beech Mountain, North Carolina, born in Gastonia, North Carolina, who passed away on March 7, 2021 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Ladd and Louise Cox Ladd; her husbands, Keith W. Wilson, Sr. and H. Ray Broome, Sr.; and her brother Dick Ladd (Jean Hobby Ladd).
She is survived by: her son Keith W. Wilson, Jr.; her sister Martha Ladd Spurrier of Gastonia; her sibling's children, Lisa Murphy Stafford (Richard), Susan Ladd Alexander (Rob) and Richard Ladd (Sabrina); her godsons, Joseph Stafford and Murphy Stafford; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ladd Alexander, Stone Alexander, Jacob Ladd and Virginia Ladd.
