She was predeceased by : her parents, Dempsey Blake Latham Sr. and Nancy Louise Keech Latham; her husband Leroy Franklin Bell; her daughter Sandy B. O'Neal; her great grandchild Wesley A. Gautier; and her siblings, Edna Earle Latham Grimes, Alex Latham, Dempsey Blake Latham Jr., Bobby Allen Latham and John Latham.
She is survived by : her children, Glenn Bell (Susie) of Chocowinity, Sherry B. Westmoreland (Jim) of Winterville and Jonathan Bell (Sharon) of Belhaven; her son-in-law Walter O'Neal of Belhaven; her sisters, Barbara Latham English (Warren) of New Orleans, LA and Shirley Latham Baker of Washington; her grandchildren, Jamie Gautier (Will), Jeri Bell, Blake Daniels, Eric Daniels (Megan), Jaden Bell and Ryan Godley; and her great grandchildren, Avery, Kathryn, Carson, Grayson, Bryce and Khloe.
