He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Lee Hodges, Sr. and Zelma Newman Hodges; and his wife Ruby Davenport. He is survived by: his sister Joyce Hodges Harris of Belhaven; and his stepchildren, Rodger Jefferson of Bath, Joann Sullivan of Washington, Peggy Taylor of Washington, Brenda Clark of Newport, Barbara Bradshaw of Beaufort, Theresa Spence of Lumberton, Michael Jefferson of New Bern and Rickey Jefferson of Georgia. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
