It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rae G. Spencer (Belhaven, North Carolina), born in Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on April 26, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Gaskins and Mary Keech Gaskins; and her husband George T. Spencer. She is survived by : her sons, Robert H. Spencer of Belhaven, Hoyt T. Spencer of Belhaven and Tim R. Spencer (Sissy) of Bath; her grandchildren, Alicia S. Wagaman (Willie) of Pinetown and Dr. Nathan H. Spencer of Pinetown; and her great grandchildren, Jordan Wagaman and Madison Wagaman.
