Sarah Smith Windley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2019, at the age of 86, Sarah Smith Windley (Belhaven, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Jackson Smith and Justice Smith, Sr. (Darrell); her siblings, Jean Smith Verdin, J. G. Smith, Jr. and Bobby Smith; and her daughters-in-law, Phyllis Harris Windley and Joanne Tilton Windley.
She is survived by: her husband Darrell Windley, Sr.; her children, Angela Gue (Rudy) of Chocowinity, Lisa Woolard (Jeffrey) of Washington, Ricky Windley, Jr. (Ginger) of Belhaven, Jeffrey Windley (Pamela) of Greenville and Paul Windley of Chocowinity; and her brother Joseph Smith of Swan Quarter. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
