She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Daniel and Paula Bledsoe Coates of Benson; her son Daniel Scott Jernigan of Benson; her brothers, Bradley Coates (Sarah) of Benson and Brett Coates (Tasha Mitchell) of Angier; and her nieces, Emma Grace Coates and Charlotte Coates. She was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many special friends.
