She was predeceased by: her parents, William Anderson and Lettie Kathryn Lee Tart; her husband James Edward Moore; and her siblings, Gertie Tart Moore and William "Bill" Casper Tart.
She is survived by: her children, Joann Lewis of Dunn and James Earl Moore (Pam) of South Carolina; and her grandchildren, Lynden, Levi, Susan, Courtney and Emily. She is also survived by many great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
