She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Tuttle and Helen Parrish Tuttle. She is survived by: her children, John Coats of Coats and Katie Stephenson (Josh) of Angier; and her siblings, Donna Holder (Charles) and John Tuttle, Jr. (Diana). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
