He is survived by: his children, Chris Barbour (Monica) of Sneads Ferry and Joey Barbour of Coats; his granddaughters, Crystal Blalock (David) and Candace Garriss (Blake); his great grandchildren, Waylon and Liam; his stepgrandchildren, Billy Howell (Rachel), Ronnie Howell (Jenny Tyndall), Isabella and David; his sister Elsie Tart of Dunn; and his close friend Peggy Clark of Sneads Ferry.
