He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Craig and Mattie Hutto Stalcup; his sisters, Jenny Hudson, Rosalee Bumgardner and Nancy Canipe; and his grandson Joshua Boone.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Tallent Craig; and his children, Ray Craig (Karen), Lonna Craig, Eddie and Valerie Boone. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Sisk-Butler Funeral Home (730 Gastonia Hwy, Bessemer City, NC 28016). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at the Westview Gardens Cemetery (1123 Edgewood Rd, Bessemer City, NC 28016).
