It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl H. Shay III of Bessemer City, North Carolina, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Luvinia Jackson Parker; and his sister Shannon Lynn Shay Perez. He is survived by : his father Carl H. Shay, Jr. (Mary Shay); his daughter Brittany Nichole Shay; his grandparents, Des Moines and Lowa; his brothers, Christopher Carl Shay, Dalton Shay and Arthur Alvin Parker Jr. (Brittani Jessica Parker); and his nephews, Cole Smith, Ahren Brown of Akin, SC, Carlos Hernandez, Juan Hernandez, Waldo Hernandez, Christan Hernandez, Juan Martinez Jr., Jesus Martinez and Gonzalo Martinez. He is also survived by His Aunts, Uncles, many cousins.
