She is survived by: her husband Danny Futrell of Beulaville, NC.; and her children, Justin Futrell of Beulaville, NC. and Alicia F. Sholar (Danee).

In lieu of flowers a memorial gift may be made to Baptist Children Home, 2557 Cedar Dell Lane, Kinston, NC 28504.
