He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Swinson and James F. Whaley; his siblings, Jayden Swinson of Stedman, NC., Aiden Swinson, Landyn Whaley and Dylan Whaley; his grandparents, Jackie Brown Bobby and Mary Futrell; and his close friend Chris Lanier.
