He is survived by : his children, Cynthia Nicholas (Jack), Kevin Tate (Tammy) and Phillip Tate; his sister Jo Ellen Tate; his grandchildren, Joshua Hughes (Ashley), Kim Peters (Cory), Nick Brown (Jessica), Heather Yarbrough (Brad) and Kane Tate (Nicole); and his great grandchildren, Ryker, Landen, Skylar, Jackson, Grayson, Colton and Quinn.
