She was predeceased by: her mother Ann Tart Young; and her brother Stewart Wade Young. She is survived by: her father Oran Young of Abbottsburg; her husband Jimmy Nance; her stepchildren, James E. Nance Jr. (Patty) of Clarkton and Becky Kelly of Bladenboro; her sisters, Beth Young Long of Raleigh and Kay Young Hester (Steve) of Dublin; her sisters-in-law, Sherry Young Barnes of Abbottsburg and Helen Nance of Bladenboro; her siblings' children, Ryan Young, Mason Young, Wyatt Long, Jared Hester and Sara Dowd; her great-nieces, Addison Young and Emmeline Dowd; and her great-nephew Logan Hester.
