He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew T. Lewis and Lucy Garner Lewis; his wife Joyce Lewis; his daughter Sylvia Gore; his siblings, Gertrude L. Williams and Elmer Lewis; and his nephew Mike Williams.
He is survived by: his daughter Catherine Wall; his sister Kitty Batcheor; his sibling's children, Linda Maria Williams, Brenda Borowski, Retha Lee Chestnut, Edna Lewis, Audrey Lewis, Gloria Batchelor, Lynn Yelton, Ann Batchelor, Danny Lewis and Ken Batchelor; and also, Emma, Martin and Andrew. He is also survived by extended family and many special friends.
