He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Hill and Maggie Hill; and his wife Marilyn. He is survived by: his children, Richard Hill (Nina) and Sheryl Dixon (Jacky). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, no services will be held.
