He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lewis and Iona Lewis; his grandparents, Roy and Eliza Ganey of Leland; his parents-in-law, Sam and Louise Lewis of Bolivia; his uncle Billy Wescott of Bolivia; his close friend Lee Sullivan; his brother Deleon Ganey; and his close friend Cuz.
He is survived by: his pet Max; his wife Patricia Lewis; his children, Jeff Lewis, Ronnie Lewis (Amanda) and Tina Lewis Kuhn (John Bryan Kuhn) of Walkertown; his brother Johnny Lewis (Darlene) of Salisbury; his siblings-in-law, Hannah Carney (Larry) of Bolivia, Mary Phillips (Kent) of Bolivia and Sam Lewis, Jr. of Southport; and his great grandchild LeAnne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews that he loved so much as well as his many friends and cousins.
In lieu of flowers please make a monetary donation in Ronnie's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. This was the only charity he donated to because of his healthy grandchildren.
