With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Parsons of Boomer, North Carolina, who passed away on September 22, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Wray and Ethel Barnes Carlton; and her siblings, John Lester Carlton, Joseph Edsel Carlton, Agnes Martin and Cathleen Barnes.
She is survived by: her husband Hugh Edwin Parsons; her children, Deborah Jean Eller of Winston Salem, Sharon Burgess of North Wilkesboro, Tyrone Edwin Parsons (Shelby) of Wilkesboro and Hugh Eric Parsons of Boomer; and her siblings, Mozelle Howell of Moravian Falls, Mary Simpson of North Wilkesboro, Edna Long (William) of North Wilkesboro, Hattie Roberts (Edward) of Connecticut, Virginia Harper (William) of Charlotte, Roosevelt Carlton of Moravian Falls and George Thomas Carlton (Glendora) of Moravian Falls. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
