He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Bumgarner and Ruby Walker Livingston; his wife Betty Walsh Livingston; and his siblings, Geraldine L. Keller and Bill Livingston.
He is survived by : his children, Teresa Livingston Foster (Kenneth) of WIlkesboro and Eric Allen Livingston (Lisa) of Davidson; his granddaughters, Catherine Livingston and Caroline Livingston; and his siblings, Rosemary L. Jones of Lenoir, Kathryn L. Bean (Tony) of Lenoir, Dorothy L. Wiley (Sam) of Greenville, SC, Dale Livingston of North Edwards, CA, David Livingston (Margaret) of Hudson, Otis Lee Livingston (Anna) of Lenoir, Scott Livingston (Myrtle) of Gamewell and Robert Livingston (Martha) of Lenoir.
