She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Canter and Martha Belle Miller Canter; her daughter Teresa Presnell; and her son-in-law Billy Presnell. She is survived by: her husband David Dollar of Boone; her children, Harlene Ray (Billy) of Deep Gap, Benny Dollar (Karen) of Boone, Johnny Dollar (Connie) of Boone and Mark Dollar (Joy) of Boone; and her siblings, Phyllis Trivette (Grayson) of Boone, Reba Curtis of Boone, Laura Norris (Jerry) of Boone, Sharon McCurry of Boone and Earl Canter (Terri) of Lenoir. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
