It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Ellen Weaver (Boone, North Carolina), born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on February 26, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Perry and Morene Perry; her husband Roby Weaver; and her sister Nancy Sorenson of South Dakota. She is survived by : her children, Doug Weaver (Liz) of Conway, SC and Sharon Yates (Allen) of Trade, TN; her grandchildren, Roby Weaver of Colorado, Michael Weaver (Kayla) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Jackson Yates (Katlin) of Mountain City, TN, Amanda Delp, Megan Ellis and Virginia; her great grandchildren, J. D. Weaver and Atlas Yates; her sister Martha Bowers of Lenoir, NC; her siblings-in-law, Doris Greer, Lois Triplett, Pat Weaver, Louise Davis and Squire Weaver Jr. of Boone; and her close friend J. R. Townsend of Hudson, NC.. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Jessie's Rally of Hope, 852 Speedway Road, North Wilkesboro NC 28659, an annual event that was dear to Margaret's heart.
