Though Margaret Jane may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Margaret Jane touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Walsh and Helen Walsh; and her brother John. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Keenan; her children, Mary Nugent (Al), Kathleen Brooks (Mitchell), Thomas Keenan Jr. (Shauna), Sheila Rubin (Andrew), Patricia Charlton and Carol Perrier (Tim); and her sisters, Deborah and Mary. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and by eleven great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Elizabeth of the Hill Country Catholic Church (259 Pilgrims Way, Boone, NC 28607).
