He is survived by: his wife Pam Lash; his son Kevin Lash of Santa Fe, NM; and his siblings, Barbara Davidson (Scott) of Pittsburgh, PA, Erica Jones (Steve) of Pittsburgh, PA, Susan Kiley (John) of Vero Beach, FL, Kara Monson (Joel) and Cliff Lash (Chris) of Atlanta, GA..
Due to the pandemic, the funeral mass for David will be delayed until late spring or early summer when it is safer for family and friends to gather to celebrate David's life.
