He was predeceased by: his father George Robert Sisk. He is survived by: his mother Linda Hogsed Sisk; his children, Heather Michelle Brady, Christian Caleb Sisk and Slade Axl Sisk; his wife Kimberly Sisk; and his brother Gregory Sisk.
