She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Edmonds and Rachel Eller Edmonds; her husband Robert Edward Sherrill; and her siblings, Jay Edmonds, Gunter and Willene Crawford.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Sherrill, Bill Sherrill (Lisa), Tom Sherrill (Teresa), Teresa Jefferson (Craig) and Joe Sherrill (Tracy); and her sister Betty Mitchell. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews.
