Cook (Judy) of Cherokee and Jennifer Fuller Orr (David) of Bryson City; his grandfather Steve Fuller; his brother Terrence Cook; and his stepsiblings, Janet Pilon (Mark), Greg Orr (Carmen), Jennifer Cutler (Ben), Seth Holling (Jennifer) and Mattew Holling (Leah). He is also survived by several aunts and uncles and cousins.
