He was predeceased by: his parents, Lottie Marshbanks and Burgess P. Marshbanks, Sr.; his sisters, May Marshbanks, Mildred Johnson and Nancy Bales; and his wife Mary Jane Marshbanks.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Marshbanks (David Kelley), Alice Marshbanks and Ann Marie Benjamin (Adam). He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
