He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Edward Wittkofsky and Dorothy Breech Rusch; and his daughter Nancy Wittkofsky. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Wittkofsky; his children, Frank Lee Wittkofsky, Patricia Wittkofsky and Susan Wittkofsky; his grandchildren, Jesse Horn, Christopher Wittkofsky, Brittany Wittkofsky and Rachel Wittkofsky; and his great grandchild Greyson Horn. He is also survived by two brothers; many extended family and dear friends.
