He was predeceased by: his parents, Almond Agusta and Esther Rose Tate Madren; his wife Catherine Chatman Madren; and his sister Mary Melton. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Richardson (William); his grandsons, Michael Shane Richardson and Preston Richardson; and his siblings, Wayne Madren (Sharon "Kitty") and Elizabeth Cobb. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
