It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Jean Jones (Burlington, North Carolina), born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on September 11, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie H. Jones and Nettie Richmond Jones; and her siblings, Larry Jones and Fannie Jones Jackson. She is survived by: her children, Carldos Miles of Burlington and Carolco Miles of Burlington; and her siblings, McKever Jones, Wilson Jones (Gwen), Clyde Jones of Greensboro, Rosetta Jones, Vivian Johnson (Arness) and LaVerne Gary of Durham. She is also survived by five grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
