He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Oscar Weisner, Sr. and Edna Irene Wyrick Weisner; his sister Judy Shepherd; his brother-in-law Richard Younger; his nephew Matt Younger; and his brother-in-law Richard M. Younger.

He is survived by: his wife Dawn Pennington Weisner; his children, Amber Bledsole (Blake) of Elon and Brock Jones of Burlington; his grandchildren, Martina Bryner (Brandon), Jonathan Boggs, Emma Jones, Ellee Bledsole and Evie Bledsole; his great grandchildren, Brantley Bryner and Raelynn Bryner; his sisters, Carol Younger of Gibsonville and Jo Uckele (Chuck) of Burlington; his siblings-in-law, Donna Mumford (Tommy) of Graham and Aubrey Shepherd of Raleigh; and his siblings' children, Kimberly Thomas, Emily Uckele, CJ Uckele, Daniel Mumford, TJ Mumford, Wilson Shepherd and Tyler Thomas.
