He was predeceased by : his parents, Curtis Rogers and Viola Ratliff Glover; and his siblings, Samuel Ratliff, Patricia Ann Ratliff Bryson, Shirley Jackson and Lossie Glover.
He is survived by : his wife Janet White Ratliff; his daughters, Tina R. Rogers (Donnell, Jr.) and LaToya Ratliff; his brother Leslie Glover; and his stepsons, Kevin Day (Crystal) and Craig Day. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, in-laws, other relatives and dear friends.
