She was predeceased by: her husband John Harden; her parents, Charlie Butcher and Freda Butcher; her brother David Butcher; and also Tracy Salisbury.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Johnson (Dave) of Lewisville; her sisters, Linda Shepanski (Eddie) of Galax, VA and Tina Baity of Elon; and her grandchildren, Lydia Tissue (Chad) of Winston Salem, Ashley Huber (Daniel) of Winston Salem, Greyson Goldstein of Burlington and Charlie Salisbury of Burlington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Open Door Clinic of Alamance County.
